Berkeley Remodel

This project was entirely undertaken by our studio, from the building permit application to the interior design, encompassing regulatory approvals, space planning, style development, material selection, and construction coordination. It fully demonstrates our comprehensive capabilities in integrating architectural and interior design services. Throughout the design process, we consciously incorporated landscape thinking, treating the outdoor environment as an integral part of the overall concept. By strategically framing views, guiding sightlines, and creating seamless transitions between indoors and outdoors, the landscape was designed not merely as a backdrop, but as an active element that enhances the interior spatial experience and visual depth.

The  scope of work includes : Foyer Entry layout design, Kitchen cabinetry design, Living Room / Dining Room design, Master Bedroom and Bath design.
